Two of Kean’s passions are leadership development and team building. This focus of serving people by showing them their path to growth and success drives him and helps him maintain a clear perspective not only in a professional atmosphere, but in life as a whole as well. Kean was born into real estate investment and land use consulting and desires to use this experience to enrich the lives of those he comes into contact with. There is nothing more rewarding to Kean than watching others find their way and soar to new heights, and he is encouraged by being just a small part of that large journey.

Kean and his wife Ellie have been joyfully married since May 2015. Their daughter Eliana was born in February 2017 and is a blessing to their family. Together, they enjoy hiking to see a sunset, taking road trips, imagining their dream home, and cooking for large gatherings! When he isn’t meeting people for coffee or pulling weeds in the backyard, Kean continues to challenge himself physically with Crossfit.
